Description
San José State University seeks a qualified firm to execute a comprehensive website redesign and digital ecosystem transformation. The effort will modernize the university’s web presence with two audience‑focused, accessible, and sustainable digital experiences, covering everything from strategy and architecture to launch support and ongoing maintenance. The selected firm will build on existing research and governance, delivering a full suite of services to enable a 12‑14‑month implementation and a target launch in Fall 2027.
• Scope includes content strategy, information architecture, UX/UI design, design system development, CMS implementation, system integrations, analytics, SEO, AI discoverability, accessibility, content migration, QA/testing, governance, training, organizational change management, and post‑launch support.
• Contract term: initial three‑year period with two optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years).
• Desired vendor experience: proven success leading complex website redesigns and digital transformations, especially within higher education or similarly decentralized organizations.
