Fencing, Demolition, Repair, and Installation Services

The City of Shoreline is seeking a qualified contractor to provide fencing, demolition, repair, and installation services on an as-needed basis. The work will include the demolition and repair of existing fencing and the installation of new fencing, with materials including chain link, vinyl coated chain link, decorative metal, and wood. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for one additional year, and will not exceed $350,000, including Washington State sales tax. The contractor will be required to obtain and maintain insurance, including commercial general liability and automobile liability, and will be responsible for paying prevailing wages.
