Description
The Town of Groton is seeking sealed bid proposals from qualified contractors for the Improvement of Cow Pond Brook Field. The project includes the construction of a new youth baseball field, athletic lighting, playground area, accessible pathways, new parking lot, and associated sidewalks. The project also involves parking lot lighting, fencing, naturalized restoration work, and other site landscape and hardscape improvements.
• The bid documents will be available electronically from Activitas by contacting Meghan Donahoe via email at [email protected] on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 12pm.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on-site on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 10am.
• Questions are due via email to [email protected] by Thursday, April 9th at 3pm.
• Bids will be due to the Town by 12:00pm on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
