Description
The Holyoke Gas & Electric department is seeking bids for the restoration of manhole No. 28 on Hampden St., Holyoke, MA. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) and contract are subject to MGL c.30 s.39M. All Bidders are required to submit a bid deposit equal to 5% of the total value of their bid. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond equal to 50% of the total contract value.
