Ft. Carson Postwide Refuse and Recycling

The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Carson (FC) is seeking a contractor to provide post-wide refuse and recycling services. The contract will be for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with an option for an additional six-month extension. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the work. The work includes refuse collection, recycling, and disposal of waste in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contractor will also be required to provide a quality control plan, attend post-award conferences, and meet with the contracting officer and contracting officer's representative quarterly to review performance. Some key aspects of the job include: * Providing refuse and recycling services to the Fort Carson military installation * Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations * Developing and implementing a quality control plan * Coordinating with the contracting officer's representative and other government personnel * Ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel employed under the contract * Maintaining accurate records and reports * Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional and ethical behavior of all contractor personnel.
