Palm Beach County is seeking a vendor to provide a Hunter Tire Machine for a one-time purchase. The machine must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The vendor must provide a quote that includes all costs associated with delivering and installing the machine. The County reserves the right to reject any quote that does not meet the specifications or requirements outlined in the solicitation.
• The machine must be a Hunter TCX59 Pro, as specified in the solicitation.
• The vendor must provide a copy of the manufacturer's descriptive literature with their quote.
• The vendor must certify that they have implemented a drug-free workplace program.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to human trafficking.
• The vendor must provide a certification of business location, which includes a copy of their Business Tax Receipt.
