The State of Vermont is seeking a qualified commercial printer and distributor to produce and mail the monthly “Agriview Newsletter” for the Vermont Agency of Agriculture. The contract covers 12 issues per year, with each issue ranging from 1,500 to 6,000 copies, printed on tabloid‑size recycled newsprint and featuring color on the front and back pages. The vendor must handle printing, binding, packaging, and timely delivery to the USPS second‑class permit system, as well as manage any un‑mailed copies. The award will be a two‑year base contract with up to three one‑year renewal options, and the State requires strict compliance with sustainability, cybersecurity, and reporting standards.
