Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, lease for 48 months, and later remove a 12 ft × 56 ft modular office trailer at North Chickamauga Creek Gorge State Park. The trailer must be ADA‑compliant, include a restroom, HVAC, Low‑E windows, VCT flooring, and security features, and be delivered and installed by early July 2026. The contractor will be responsible for all installation, ongoing lease billing, and final teardown, as well as protecting existing utilities and maintaining site cleanliness.
• Provide a new, fully equipped office trailer meeting detailed ADA and construction specifications.
• Install the trailer on site no later than July 1 2026 (unless a written waiver is granted).
• Lease the trailer for 48 months with monthly invoicing, plus one‑time installation and removal fees.
• Maintain warranty coverage for major defects throughout the lease term and repair any utility damage within 24 hours.
