This opportunity seeks a contractor to perform comprehensive exterior renovation work at the Samworth Wildlife Management Area’s Dirleton House. The scope includes thorough cleaning, preparation, priming, and painting of all exterior elements, as well as masonry repair, window glazing replacement, handrail fabrication, and concrete landing construction. The work will restore the building’s aesthetic and structural integrity, ensuring compliance with local building standards. • Clean, prep, prime, and paint exterior elevations, ceilings, lattice, columns, siding, trim, soffits, shutters, and brick. • Replace window glazing at main entrances, repair and repaint door/window assemblies. • Replace damaged brick units, repoint mortar joints, install new transition flashing, fabricate matching handrail assembly, and construct concrete landing, stringers, treads, and risers.
