26-013 Ready Mix Concrete

The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for Ready Mix Concrete. The contract will be for an approximate 12-month period, and all bids must be submitted by 1/14/2026 11:00 AM. The bidder must provide mix designs with mix analysis, full gradation analysis, and materials distribution for each mix type requested. Deliveries must be accompanied by a batch ticket clearly stating the mix design and batch weight of all components. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of compliance with the Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act. • The contract is for the supply of Ready Mix Concrete for various points in the County by request of the County Highway Department. • Bidders must submit two signed copies of their bid, with one being an original. • The bid price must include all delivery costs or charges. • City, County, and State of Missouri Sales Tax and Federal Taxes are not applicable to sales made to St. Charles County and must be excluded. • The contract shall be effective for the approximate twelve (12) month period from the date of the notice of award.
