Ready-Mix Concrete

The City of Austin is seeking bids for the provision of ready-mix concrete design mixtures and related incidentals. The contract will provide City departments with the necessary materials, which may be obtained through pickup or delivery. The City reserves the right to award a single contract based on the overall lowest cost or multiple awards based on individual or categories/groups of specific line items, cost, or any other criteria deemed most advantageous to the City. • The contract will commence upon execution and shall continue in effect until all obligations are performed in accordance with the contract. • The City reserves the right to extend the contract beyond the initial term at the City's sole option. • The Contractor shall provide products and services in accordance with the City of Austin Standard Specifications and other applicable codes and standards. • The Contractor shall submit a representative sample of the goods to be provided and shall provide certified test results if required. • The City will add or remove additional departments or locations to the resulting contract as needed without an amendment.
