FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF IDEXX BACTERIA SUPPLIES

The City of Trenton, Department of Water and Sewer, Trenton Water Works is soliciting sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of Idexx bacteria supplies for a period of one year with an option to extend for an additional year. The supplies include Colilert media boxes, vessels with ST and SB, and comparators. The contractor shall provide all necessary laboratory bacteria supplies as per the specifications. The contract term shall be one year from the award date with the option to extend for an additional year at the discretion of the contracting unit. • The contractor shall adhere to the product description, product name, and quantities in the contract unless otherwise agreed to by both TWW and the vendor. • The contractor shall provide all necessary laboratory bacteria supplies as per the specifications. • The contractor shall deliver the supplies to Trenton Water Works, Water Filtration Plant located at Route 29 South, Trenton, New Jersey. • The contractor shall provide a minimum of 9 months' shelf life for all supplies shipped under the contract. • The City of Trenton shall pay no additional shipping charges. • The City of Trenton shall not pay late fees associated with shipments under this contract.
