Acquisition Support Services Contract (ASSC) for all FAA Acquisition and Contracting Organizations

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to provide acquisition support services to the FAA Acquisition and Contracting (AAQ) organization. The contractor will provide qualified personnel to perform acquisition-related tasks, including contract administration, simplified purchase services, and contract closeout. The contractor will also provide support for the FAA's acquisition workload, including preparing and developing solicitation documents, performing analysis of quotes and proposals, and assisting with cost and price analysis. The contract will have a 5-year ordering period, and individual AAQ organizations will place their own orders under this contract at various times throughout the ordering period. Key tasks and responsibilities include: • Reviewing and coordinating procurement request packages and supporting documents • Preparing and developing solicitation documents, such as Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) • Performing analysis of quotes, offers, and proposals received • Providing information to the Contracting Officer (CO) for determinations regarding offeror proposal conformance to solicitation, contractor responsibility, and evaluation of proposals against solicitation criteria • Assisting COs with post-award vendor performance ratings related to cost, performance, and schedule • Preparing amendments to solicitations or contract modifications to reflect the Government's requirement • Monitoring the progress of deliveries, initiating follow-ups, and reporting findings of the facts causing delivery delays or otherwise affecting ordering terms and conditions to the CO
