Telephone Hill Site Demolition

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking bids for the demolition of structures and appurtenances on Telephone Hill. The work includes demolition of structures, hazardous materials, electrical poles, wooden decks, concrete pads/stairs, and fuel tanks. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on April 21, 2026. The project must be completed by July 31, 2026, or 90 days from the commencement of work, whichever comes first.
