Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to perform full elevator upgrades and modernization on four elevators located in Buildings 6 and 53 at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System Lyons Campus. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, supervision, and related services, delivering brand‑new, non‑proprietary systems that meet VA, NFPA, IBC, ASME, and OSHA codes. Work must be completed with each elevator out of service for no more than 13 weeks, with normal business‑hour maintenance windows and required training certifications.
