Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a contractor to supply, transport, and deck 750 large “fish logs” (Douglas‑fir or Western‑larch, 18‑24 in. dbh, ~40 ft long) to a remote site on Salmon Creek Road (RM 8). The contractor must also place 2–4 dump‑truck loads of material to improve the access road and perform all necessary loading, hauling, off‑loading, and site‑restoration activities. Proposals are evaluated on responsiveness, schedule, qualifications, staff credentials, cost, and Tribal Indian Preference tiers. The contract period runs through 30 Sep 2027 with the possibility of year‑to‑year renewal.
