Notice of Special Procurement - Amendment #1 for OED HWOL Subscription

The State of Oregon is seeking to amend an existing contract with The Conference Board Inc. for the provision of Help Wanted On-Line (HWOL) Statistical Time Series and Job Listing Subscription services. The amendment will extend the contract term for three years, from December 9, 2025, to December 8, 2028, and increase the not-to-exceed (NTE) compensation by $170,272, making the new total NTE $1,032,970. The services provided by The Conference Board Inc. include a daily download of job listings and access to job listing analytics tools, which are critical to the Oregon Employment Department's mission.
