Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to print 670 calendars for the NSF 2026. The calendars will have 4 cover pages and 28 text pages, with specific trim sizes, folding, and binding requirements. The contractor must provide a press quality PDF soft proof and 5 sets of digital color one-off proofs. The calendars will be delivered to various locations, including the U.S. Coast Guard National Strike Force Coordination Center and other Coast Guard teams. The contractor must comply with GPO Contract Terms and quality assurance levels and standards.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must provide copies of all delivery, mailing, and shipping receipts upon agency request.
• The contractor must comply with JCP Paper Specification Standards and Government Paper Specification Standards.
• The contractor must perform an extensive check of the furnished media and publishing files to assure correct output of the required reproduction image.
