The State of Maine Judicial Branch is seeking a contractor to provide snow removal services for the Penobscot Judicial Center and West Bath District Court. The contractor will be responsible for removing snow from the sites, including parking lots, sidewalks, and roads. The contractor will also be required to provide backup equipment and personnel in case of breakdowns or failures. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, starting from December 1, 2025, and ending on November 30, 2030. • The contractor must have experience in providing snow removal services, including plowing, sanding, and salting. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services. • The contractor must be able to provide backup equipment and personnel in case of breakdowns or failures. • The contractor must be able to remove snow from the sites within 24 hours of a snowfall event. • The contractor must be able to provide a certificate of insurance, including general liability, professional liability, and any other relevant liability insurance policies.
