REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 26-002 SOLICITATION FOR APPOINTMENT AND QUEUING SYSTEM (AQS)

The County of Los Angeles Department of Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk is seeking a contractor to provide an Appointment and Queuing System (AQS) that is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The AQS should schedule appointments, interface with the Department’s existing Joint Enterprise Development Infrastructure (JEDI) System, include customer satisfaction surveys, and have reporting tools. The contract term is anticipated to be for a period of five years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods and six month-to-month extensions. * The system must be able to handle 400 appointments per day and 15,000 appointments per month for approximately 50 different services with seven locations. * The system must be able to direct customers to less busy offices. * The system must include customer satisfaction surveys and have reporting tools. * The contractor will be expected to implement the requirements outlined in Exhibit A (SOW and Attachments) of Appendix A (Contract). * The contractor must have three years of experience providing a fully functional Appointment and Queuing System services within the last five years.
