Description
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking to procure Agilaire equipment and software products, support, maintenance, and repair through a single-source acquisition. The intended purchase includes upgrade kits for the Agilaire 8872 Data Acquisition System (DAS) to meet federal completeness and quality assurance standards outlined in 40 CFR Part 58. The upgrades will increase CPU speed, double the amount of RAM and SSD space, support dual HDMI monitors, and include the TPM chip required for Windows 11 support.
• The procurement is for a one-time purchase.
• The estimated dollar amount is $131,000.00.
• Agilaire is the sole point of supply and support for the Model 8872 data logger, AirVision, and its related optional modules.
• The procurement is justified due to Agilaire being the sole source provider of necessary software upgrades, digital instrument drivers, maintenance, telephone warranty, training, and supplemental telephone service and support for the above products.
