The City of Shelby, MS, is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the 2025 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project, CDBG Project No. 1200-23-336-PF-01. The project involves the improvement of the wastewater treatment plant, and bidders must be properly licensed by the MS State Board of Contractors for the type of work required.
