Invitation for Bids: One New 2026 Skip Loader

The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of one new 2026 skip loader. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 60-month/5,000-hour full warranty and have a fully equipped service shop and parts department within 150 miles of Butte, Montana. The bid must include the price of the equipment, a program offering additional coverage for the machine throughout the warranty period, and a 95% equipment uptime availability guarantee. • The skip loader must have a minimum engine power of 100 hp and a machine operating weight of at least 10,000 lb. • The skip loader must have a quick coupler for ease of changing work tools and a full cab enclosure. • The skip loader must have reading and working lights, an AM/FM radio, and a cold weather package. • The seller must provide a parts book, operation and maintenance manual, service manual, and electrical manual. • The seller must provide warranty for review in submittal.
