Description
The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified contractor to fully clean and restore the vacant lot at 1537 Diamond Road. The scope includes demolition, asbestos and hazardous‑material handling, vegetation removal, grading, back‑filling, seeding, and final site preparation, all to be completed within a tight 30‑day window. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, permits, insurance, and disposal services, and comply with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
• Remove all debris, overgrown vegetation, and trees < 3 in. diameter while preserving existing pavement and fencing.
• Perform asbestos (and any applicable lead‑based paint) abatement with required licenses and provide disposal receipts and clearance certificates.
• Grade, back‑fill, seed, and mulch disturbed areas to achieve a clean, level, and safe lot.
• Manage dust, erosion, and safety controls; provide site security, fencing, and signage.
• Submit all required documentation for final inspection; liquidated damages of $500 per day for late completion.
