Description
The U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh is seeking a professional service contractor to perform the overhaul of the Electronic Voltage Regulator (EVR) at the embassy. The contractor will be required to provide technical services, including installation and replacement of spare parts, for the overhaul of the EVR. The Tier III Preventive Maintenance (PM) spare parts will be provided by the U.S. Government. The contractor must have experience working with UST EVR equipment and must provide a quotation that includes all costs associated with the required services. The quotation must be submitted in English and must be received by the embassy by April 28, 2026, at 4:00 pm (Cambodian local time).
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the services to be performed, including the installation and replacement of spare parts.
• The contractor must provide a list of the spare parts to be used, including the part numbers and quantities.
• The contractor must provide a detailed estimate of the costs associated with the services, including labor, materials, and travel expenses.
• The contractor must provide a statement of their experience working with UST EVR equipment and their qualifications to perform the overhaul.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their company profile, including their business license and registration.
• The contractor must provide a statement of their understanding of the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the delivery schedule.
