Description
The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking a contractor to provide rock quarry road improvements at El Dorado State Park. The project includes asphalt improvements, culvert repair, and other related work. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within 65 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
• The contractor must have been in business for at least 5 years and have experience with similar projects.
• The contractor must provide a lump sum price for the project.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxes, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the state.
