Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance renewal services for their Xact Metal XM200G 3D printer. The contractor will be required to provide a firm fixed-price quote for the services, which will include all costs associated with the maintenance renewal, including shipping and freight to the NSWCDD facility in Dahlgren, VA. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• The contractor must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to export control and cybersecurity.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their standard commercial warranty with their offer.
