Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Progress Corticon business rules management system software and related services. The contract is limited to Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) solicitation. The scope of work includes the provision of Corticon Studio, Corticon Server+, and related installation and training services. The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables, including product specifications, pricing, and warranty/maintenance requirements. The evaluation criteria include price and the contractor's ability to provide the required services and deliverables.
