The Eatonton Putnam Water & Sewer Authority (EPWSA) is issuing an RFP for qualified manufacturers to provide equipment‑selection recommendations and a Basis of Design for a new sludge dewatering system at the Eastside Water Pollution Control Plant in Eatonton, GA. The Authority, together with its engineer ESG Engineering, will evaluate proposals on qualifications, technical solution quality, service/warranty, and budgetary pricing. The selected manufacturer’s equipment and design will become the Basis of Design for the eventual construction contract, but no purchase order is awarded at this stage. Respondents must submit a sealed proposal package by the deadline, include detailed technical data, warranty information, and a budgetary price, and be prepared for possible interviews, demonstrations, or site visits.
• Scope: Recommend belt‑press/dewatering equipment, provide design calculations, footprint, expandability options (0.26 MGD current up to 1.0 MGD future), and budgetary pricing.
