The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate the office space within Fire Station 6 located at 1301 Patterson St., Anchorage. The work involves re‑configuring an existing storage room to create a new office while retaining part of the storage area, installing new interior finishes, updating mechanical, electrical, and fire‑protection systems, and ensuring compliance with Alaska building codes, fire safety, ADA, and seismic requirements. The contract is a lump‑sum award estimated between $50 k and $100 k, with a 120‑day completion schedule and liquidated damages for delays.
