The City of Pinellas Park is seeking a qualified contractor to implement a comprehensive program to reduce Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) by ensuring all sanitary sewer manholes are independently inspected, cleaned, sealed, and protected against surface and sub-surface water entry. The scope of work includes inspecting, cleaning, sealing, and protecting sanitary sewer manholes. The successful contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive program to reduce I&I.
