Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $2,000,000

The contract serves roughly 111 students for a minimum of 15 hours per week. Assuming a fee‑per‑hour rate between $20‑$25 (typical for comprehensive after‑school services in California), total annual billings would range from about $1.5 million to $2 million (111 students × 15 hrs × 52 weeks × $20‑$25). Additional costs for snacks, supplies, and insurance are included in the hourly rate, so the estimate reflects the full‑service contract value.
