CDBG 1st Street Improvements - Eureka, KS

The City of Eureka is seeking bids for the removal and reconstruction of First Street between Poplar Street and North Sycamore Street. The project will involve demolition of existing pavement, utility adjustments, and installation of new roadway, curbs, sidewalks, and related site work in accordance with the City’s specifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who can complete the work on schedule and within the stipulated budget. • Scope: Demolition, sub‑grade preparation, paving, curb and gutter installation, sidewalk construction, and final site cleanup. • Location: Eureka, KS – First Street corridor from Poplar St. to N. Sycamore St. • Delivery: sealed proposals due by 2:00 pm on 19 May 2026; project to be performed under the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding.
