Description
The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors to provide demolition services for residential properties. The work includes abatement and demolition of properties, and the City reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor or all groups to one vendor. The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed. The City will evaluate Quotes based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid price, with consideration to local preferences.

• Suppliers must review all pertinent documents prior to submitting a response to this RFQ.
• The Scope of Services for this RFQ is provided under a separate cover.
• Respondents assume all responsibility for thoroughly reviewing and understanding the Scope of Services associated with this RFQ prior to submitting a Quote.
• The City of Detroit reserves the right to clarify, modify, or amend this RFQ at any time prior to the award.
