Description
The project involves modifying the existing 14,000 square foot First Floor Level storage space and the existing Basement Floor Level space below to create manufacturing space on both floor levels. The scope of work includes dismantling and reinstalling the recessed steel framing floor structure, constructing new steel floor decking and a concrete slab floor system, and meeting subcontracting goals of 10% M/WBE. The construction duration is 180 calendar days with $750/day liquidated damages.
