Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a retail space of approximately 1543 Gross Square feet for an Air National Guard Recruiting Office in Fairbanks, Alaska. The lease will be for a term of five years, with the Government having termination rights. The space must meet established square footage requirements, be within the delineated area, and include parking for four government vehicles. The Government will consider alternative space if it is economically advantageous.

• Acceptance and use of government lease with no changes to standard language or conditions
• Competitive rates of base cost per square feet for annual rent
• All costs and materials affiliated with meeting the requirements of the Construction Specifications will be considered Tenant Improvements with no reimbursement from the Government
• Lease will be awarded to the most economically advantageous bid which provides best value to the Government
