6550--HEMOCHRON SIGNATURE ELITE REAGENTS BASE PLUS 4 OPTION YEARS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a single vendor to provide Hemochron Signature Elite Reagents for a base year and four option years. The services shall be furnished at the VA Tucson Healthcare System. The vendor must provide pricing information for all five years and demonstrate that they can provide the required supplies/services.
