Rygge Munitions Storage rea Expansion

The United States Army Corps of Engineers Europe District, on behalf of the U.S. Air Force, is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to design‑build and construct an expansion of the munitions storage area at Rygge Air Station, Norway. The work includes 20 earth‑covered ammunition storage magazines (ECMs) each capable of holding up to 165,000 pounds of net explosive weight, for a total capacity of 3,000,000 pounds. Supporting infrastructure such as a concrete munitions assembly pad, an on‑off loading pad, gravel roads, bermed areas, lighting, security fencing with barbed wire, and utility connections for communications and power are also required.
