The State of Tennessee’s Department of Military seeks a qualified contractor to provide complete fence and gate installation services at the Army National Guard site in Lenoir City. The contractor must supply all materials, labor, and equipment, including security fencing, chain‑link fencing, two security gates, heavy‑duty gate operators, concrete pads, underground conduit, and integration with the existing AIPHONE access‑control system, and must meet a 15‑year warranty on finishes. Bids must be submitted electronically by August 14, 2026, after attending a mandatory site‑visit on July 31, 2026. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year term (effective September 1, 2026) with a maximum project liability of $250,000.
