DARPA Program Security Services

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is seeking contractors to provide Program Security Services. The services required include analyzing and creating program protection strategies, developing program security objectives, and providing security support to DARPA leadership. The contractor will need to have expertise in multiple security disciplines and be able to apply risk-managed, proactive program protection and related security services to the broad range of DARPA research and development projects. The contractor will also need to have a sound understanding of numerous security policies and procedures associated with classified information. • The contractor will be required to provide Program Security Representatives (PSRs) who are embedded directly into the DARPA Technical Offices as part of a DARPA Program Manager’s team. • The contractor will need to have experience in providing program security services that are similar in size and scope to this requirement. • The contractor will need to have a Top-Secret Facility Clearance and all individuals supporting the contract must possess a Top Secret personnel security clearance. • The contractor will need to be able to provide security support to DARPA leadership, including the Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and Military Service Liaisons. • The contractor will need to be able to maintain a Countering Foreign Intelligence Program (CFIP) that focuses on fundamental research security for DARPA grants and other funded activities.
