Description
The Treasury Common Services Center, on behalf of FinCEN, seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive lock, key, and TRAKA electronic key‑management system maintenance and support services at its Washington, DC and Vienna, VA facilities. The work is performed on an as‑needed, time‑and‑materials basis and includes preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, installation, relocation, testing, configuration, software support, and emergency response for high‑security lock hardware (Medeco, Kaba Mas X10) and TRAKA cabinets. The contractor must be a TRAKA‑authorized reseller/installer and hold a final Secret Facility Clearance at award. The contract spans a base year (Sept 27 2026‑Sept 26 2027) with four one‑year options through Sept 26 2031.
