Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Housing Unit Shower Upgrade at the Women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The scope of work includes all professional services necessary to achieve the state's goal, including design phase services, site surveys, and construction documents. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
