NWOB SNOW REMOVAL

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board is seeking a qualified contractor to provide snow removal and salting services for eight parking lots surrounding the Northwest Office building in Harrisburg, PA. The contractor must be available 24/7 and provide services on a will-call basis. The contract will be for one year with two optional one-year renewals. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to plow, pile, load, and haul snow, sleet, ice, or any combination thereof, away to a dumpsite provided by the PLCB. The contractor must also provide salting services as required. • The contractor must have experience in snow removal and salting services. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to provide services on a will-call basis. • The contractor must be able to provide services during normal Commonwealth business days and on weekends and official Commonwealth holidays. • The contractor must have a valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License. • The contractor must have liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must comply with all state and local laws and ordinances.
