Description
The Chemung County is seeking sealed bids for the performance of cold milling services for the years 2026-2027. The contract term is 1 year with an option for a 1-year renewal. The services include the milling of asphalt to a specified depth and the disposal/storage of the spoils. The bids must be accompanied by a bid security of $500. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to waive any informality.
