ITB: Longwood Road Sewer Project Ancillary Items DWI Project No. SRP-W-ARP-0297

The County of Brunswick is soliciting sealed bids for ancillary materials related to the Longwood Road Sewer Project. The project includes installing low-pressure sewer collection systems to provide wastewater service to a currently underserved, rural area of Brunswick County. The materials requested in this Invitation to Bid are directly associated with, and necessary for, the completion of this project. • The materials are grouped by product type, including CTS pipe, brass fittings, electrical components, and grinder packages. • Bidders are not required to submit a bid for every group, but if they do bid on a group, they must include pricing for all materials in that group. • The County reserves the right to award more than one contract to more than one bidder, based on bids received for the various groups. • The project is funded by a grant from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, and the County must comply with the grant award terms and conditions, as well as federal laws and regulations.
