The Navajo Nation Judicial Branch seeks a qualified contractor to replace the existing JACE HVAC controller at the Tuba City District Court and provide full commissioning, training, and warranty services. The scope includes removal of the current controller, supply and installation of a new stand‑alone unit, software configuration, functional testing of ten rooftop units and five exhaust fans, troubleshooting network communications, and delivery of a one‑year warranty plus any needed repair cost‑impact reports. Contractor must submit a hard‑copy cost proposal by the July 1 deadline, include all required certifications, and comply with Navajo Nation procurement, civil‑rights, and Indian‑preference regulations.
