Description
The Asheville City Schools is seeking a qualified contractor to perform interior painting at Lucy S Herring Elementary School, located at 98 Sulphur Springs Rd, Asheville, NC 28806. The scope of work includes painting of classrooms, hallways, common areas, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, restrooms, closets, stairwells, and media center. The selected contractor will be responsible for surface preparation, patching and repairing damaged surfaces, and applying one coat of paint. The project is expected to start on or approximately June 16, 2026, and shall be completed no later than August 10, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience with similar projects, references, and cost.

• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
