Description
The Saint Louis County Government is soliciting bids for the installation of a fence located at 6059 N Hanley Rd, St. Louis, MO 63134. The project includes the installation of a new security fence. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within 60 days from the notice to proceed. The bid must include all required overhead, profit, and fees for allowances within the bid.
• The project requires a 5% unknown conditions allowance.
• The contractor must participate in a United States Department of Labor (USDOL) registered apprenticeship program(s) that complies with all applicable federal regulations.
• The contractor must pay the appropriate state prevailing hourly wage rate for any craft or type of worker required to perform the work.
• The contractor must provide evidence of compliance with the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law.
• The contractor must submit a bid form and any other required documents.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of business in St. Louis County and the State of Missouri.
