TR26009, ADA CURB RAMP CONSTRUCTION WEST URGENT NEED (JOC)

The City of Baltimore is seeking bids for the construction of ADA curb ramps in the western part of the city. The project involves the installation of 5-inch concrete sidewalks, survey, evaluation, sketches, and stakeout for curb ramps, as well as the construction of concrete curbs or combination curbs and gutters. The project has a cost classification range of $2,000,000.01 to $3,000,000.00 and requires prequalification in the category of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. The MBE goal is 28% and the WBE goal is 10%. Key features of the project include: • 40,000 SF of 5-inch concrete sidewalk • 160 EA of concrete curb or combination curb and gutter • 6,500 LF of variable width and height concrete curb or combination curb and gutter • Survey, evaluation, sketches, and stakeout for curb ramps The project requires bidders to be prequalified by the City of Baltimore Office of Boards and Commissions and to submit a bid package that includes all required documents and information.
