WSP CHANGE ORDER NOTICE

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency requires a change order for additional tasks associated with the QQAP and GMZ applications. The additional work under the current PFAS task is to evaluate the current treatment system, research the latest PFAS treatment methods, and produce a technical memorandum with suggested upgrade and cost estimates. The vendor shall include addressing revisions to the draft report, update GMZ report and finalization using the 2015 E&E GMZ Report to include a current Mann-Kendall Evaluation and, update the current QAPP to the USEPA format. • The contract is for environmental consulting services • The contract ends December 31, 2025, and has been extended for a total of 39 months, including one previous extension • The vendor has been scoped to complete six tasks as listed in the contract • The contract is not subject to Small Business Set Aside, BEP, or Veteran's Business Program
